Program Eligibility
- Need for food assistance (examples include having to choose between buying fresh fruits and vegetables and other necessities; having difficulty providing healthy meals; qualifying for SNAP or WIC).
- Commitment and ability to pick up your box of veggies every week
- Commitment to an in-person orientation (30 minutes) and filling out a post-participation survey.
Please note that there are limited spots available, and you may be waitlisted.

How to Pick Up
We currently offer both in-person and self-serve options to best accommodate your schedule! You do not need to elect a pickup option in advance. Just choose what works for you each week!
The Farm at Trinity Health, Ann Arbor: The Food Hub, 5557 McAuley Dr., Ypsilanti MI 48197
- In person: Wednesday 3-6 p.m.
- Self-serve cooler: any time from noon on Wednesday through Sunday night.
The Farm at Trinity Health, Oakland: 44405 Woodward Ave., Pontiac MI 48341
Pick up inside of Trinity Health Oakland Hospital
- In person: Wednesday 3-6 p.m. inside the Farm and Food Hub
- Self-serve cooler: Wednesday evenings through Sunday at Noon
Trinity Health, Muskegon: 175 E Larch Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442
- In person: Wednesday 3-6 p.m. at McLaughlin Grows
