Why I chose this program/location for my training

I chose Grand Rapids because it is a great city for training and living. Furthermore, the physicians associated with the Family Medicine Residency expressed a desire to provide a strong education driven by compassion and high expectations.

Hobbies/what I do outside of work

I enjoy hiking, backpacking, travel, philosophy, hanging out with my dog, gardening and yoga.

Why I chose this program/Grand Rapids for my training

I chose this program primarily because of my interactions and conversations with the program faculty as well as the reputation of the program. I also was drawn to the collaboration which occurs between fellows in this program and other programs within West Michigan and across the state.

Hobbies/what I do outside of work

I enjoy spending time with my family including bike riding, hiking and exploring Michigan. I also enjoy running and trying new plant based recipes.
