Injury Prevention Programs for Teenagers
Trinity Health offers a variety of injury prevention programs specifically designed to protect and educate the teenagers and students in our communities.
inTEXTicated
The inTEXTicated program raises awareness among Muskegon's teen population and encourages teen drivers to end distracted driving. It includes a presentation that outlines distracted driving and offers compelling evidence on its dangers, hands on activities that demonstrate how easy it is to become a distracted driver and its impact on driving ability, key skills to becoming a safe, distraction-free driver, and a pledge teen drivers can sign.
Stop the Bleed
Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and a call to action. This class trains, equips and empowers community members help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives. Classes are offered year-round in both Grand Rapids and Muskegon.
