Insurance Information

Probility takes great pride in providing patients with efficient, accurate and seamless billing. We understand that insurance can often be confusing and patients aren’t always aware of the specifics of their benefits.

We work hard to provide you with all the necessary information to ensure that your experience is a positive one. We realize that health insurance becomes more expensive each year and we will always do our best to help your benefits work for you.

Please be assured that we take our responsibility to bill your benefits very seriously. Listed below is information about some of the common insurances/ types of insurance that we accept. See our full list of insurance providers here.

Note: In addition to those listed at the link above, we now also accept Medicaid, Miridian, Meritian, Midwest, United Health Care and Health Plus insurance plans. As our list of accepted providers is always changing, please call our billing department, 734-343-5540, for the most up-to-date insurance information.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield

We are approved providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We realize that BC/BS policies vary widely among different patients and we always tell you all pertinent information before you begin physical therapy with us. We bill all of our BC/BS electronically so we know the status of every claim as soon as possible.

Medicare

We bill Medicare electronically so we get claim information as soon as possible. We are very aware of, and compliant with, Medicare guidelines, and our efficient billing allows us to act quickly if there are any issues with your claims. We are also aware of the Medicare cap for physical therapy. In response to the cap, we monitor your benefits and let you know when you are approaching the allowed amount. Our effective manual therapy is the best way to work with the Medicare cap; we get you better with fewer visits.

Auto

We accept all auto insurance. Before you begin physical therapy we will get all of the necessary information to bill your auto insurance accurately. We will also keep your claims representative informed of your progress and follow all required protocols.

Worker’s Compensation

We accept Worker’s Compensation patients and work closely with your claim adjuster. We follow all required protocols and bill your Work Comp provider accurately, with all of the required documentation.
