Kelly Arenz, DOProgram Director Dr. Arenz is AOA board-certified in family medicine. She graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her osteopathic family medicine residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI. She incorporates a strong belief in the family unit along with the osteopathic philosophy throughout the patient care experience. She has a strong expertise in osteopathic manipulation. Dr. Arenz also is board-certified in Addiction Medicine and brings this expertise to our family medicine clinic. |

Benjamin Gilbert, DOAssociate Program Director Dr. Gilbert is ABFM board-certified in family medicine. He graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at St. Joseph Mercy Livingston where he served as Chief Resident. He has a strong belief in respecting the dignity of each patient as an individual. Dr. Gilbert’s interests include geriatric care, physician wellness, and healthcare ethics. |

Jacquelynn Dunn, DOSite Medical Director Dr. Dunn is AOA board-certified in family medicine. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency at St. Joseph Mercy Livingston where she was also Chief Resident. Dr. Dunn has a particular interest in the pediatric population, as well as musculoskeletal medicine in all ages. She incorporates osteopathic principles in her practice and enjoys utilizing osteopathic manipulation as an additional modality of treatment for her patients. She also has a passion for medical mission work and has traveled to Haiti and the Dominican Republic multiple times. |

Kathryn Lankton, DO, IBCLCResearch Director Dr. Kathryn Lankton is a board-certified family medicine physician and a certified lactation counselor. Dr. Lankton earned her medical degree from the University Of Pikeville Kentucky College Of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency through the St. Joseph Mercy Health System. She is a member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine. Dr. Lankton combines her medical and lactation knowledge to offer comprehensive breastfeeding consultations focusing on the needs of both mothers and babies. She has a special interest in helping mothers with low supply as well as using osteopathic manipulative treatment for infant suck issues. |

Joseph Friedli, MDDr. Friedli is ABFM board-certified in family medicine and sports medicine. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine and then completed training at Beaumont Wayne Family Medicine Residency, serving as chief resident in his final year. He pursued additional training through a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Henry Ford Health. Dr. Friedli's clinical interests include musculoskeletal medicine, injury prevention, point-of-care ultrasound, concussions, and nutrition. |

Mark Zawisa, MDDr. Zawisa is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Michigan and practiced in Brighton and the surrounding communities for 25 years prior to joining the faculty. He has interests that span across all aspects of family medicine, including team-based care delivery, and medical technology. He has been recognized with a variety of patient satisfaction awards and has maintained high-quality care metrics. He has many years of experience in practice management and has held leadership roles within our hospital system and physician organization. |
