Inpatient Staffing and Weekend Commitment
The inpatient staffing and weekend component of the residency is an important part of the professional practice development of our program. Residents will participate in learning activities to achieve several required goals and objectives. Residents are required to provide clinical coverage every fourth weekend on average, a six-hour evening clinical shift every week, and two holidays during the year.
