How to Apply
Application to Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship may be made through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). For more information on the ERAS fellowship application process, please visit their website here.

Interview Process:
Interviews for the 2024 – 2025 academic year will be conducted virtually to remain fair and equitable for all.
Our program begins reviewing applications at the end of July, and interview offers are typically sent out starting in mid-August.
Interviews are conducted from the beginning of September through the end of October. Consideration will be given to applicants needing interview dates in early November. All interviews must be conducted at least one week prior to NRMP Rank Order List deadline.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Three years of residency training at an ACGME accredited institution (three years complete at time of application or expected to complete by June 30, 2024).
- Passing scores on Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 of USMLE or COMLEX
- Graduate of an AOA or LCME accredited medical school or ECFMG certified if foreign medical school graduate.
- Applications must include:
- Personal statement demonstrating commitment to Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
- 3 letters of recommendation, including one from the Program Director or Department Chair
