REGISTER FOR SENIOR FIT

Our Senior Fit program focuses on exercises and stretches tailored for people ages 55 and older. The program is designed to reduce the risk of falling and provide a framework for a healthier lifestyle. All classes are designed and led by licensed health and wellness professionals with an extensive background in exercise and sports medicine.

The overall goal is to improve the following:

  • Bone mineral density
  • Balance and reduced risk of falling
  • Ability to navigate the community more safely
  • Heart health
  • Ability to play with family with reduced pain and fatigue
  • Ability to perform activities of daily life

Seasonal Sessions

Participants may register anytime

  • Fall 2024 (October - December)
  • Winter 2025 (January - March)
  • Spring 2025 (April - June)
  • Summer 2025 (July - September)
  • Fall 2025 (October - December)
