Private and Semi-private Training
Private and semi-private training options address the individual needs and fitness goals of each athlete. Athletes will receive individualized training specific to their sport, activity level and stage of development. Additionally, all athletes have access to our state-of-the-art performance training facilities and equipment, including strength equipment, cardio equipment, open turf space and recovery technology.
Individual Performance Training
- 40-minute sessions with AT, PTA or Strength Coach
- 1-on-1
- Utilized for individual performance goals, return-to-sport, and cash-based rehab
Semi-private Performance Training
- 40-minute sessions with AT, PTA or Strength Coach
- Designed for 2-4 athletes
