Developmental Performance Program
Our performance training programs are offered seasonally at our Livonia locations. Programs are designed to address the unique needs of maturing athletes at their various stages of development to establish a strong athletic foundation. Frequent and consistent participation in the programs will help athletes develop competence and confidence in a wide range of fundamental movement and sports skills, contributing to greater sustained success in physical activity associated with sports and performance for a lifetime.
Developmental Performance Training
Work with a strength coach in a group setting to learn the basics of performance training and establish a foundation of speed, power, and strength
