TrinityElite incorporates Athletic Development models in Performance Training.
Athletic development is an approach that focuses on learning, integrating, and mastering fundamental physical movements. Developmentally appropriate skills are introduced in a fun and positive environment, providing a foundation for fitness that progresses throughout a lifetime. As coaches and educators, we strive to be role models who encourage children to work as a team while providing child-centered physical and psychosocial development. By incorporating skill development appropriate for mental, physical, and emotional age, we protect young athletes from injury and burnout. TrinityElite encourages multi-sport participation to ensure confidence and competence in movement skills.
