The health and safety of our patients, employees, staff and visitors is our top priority.

Probility Physical Therapy, a member of Trinity Health/Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, has been working closely within our health system to prepare for the possible spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Working with CDC guidelines, and local and state health departments, the team has established protocols to manage and isolate suspected COVID-19 cases to minimize any risk to patients, staff, and visitors across our hospitals, ambulatory centers, urgent cares and physician offices.

Currently most Probility clinics are still open during normal business hours.We understand that patients may decide to cancel, change or shift their appointments.Our staff stand ready to assist with rescheduling or answering questions by calling 734-712-1589.

Every patient or visitor entering a Probility, SJMHS or IHA facility will be screened prior to entry. If a patient is symptomatic, the patient will be asked to reschedule their appointment or be directed to the emergency department if experiencing respiratory distress.

As a matter of standard operating procedures, Probility follows strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols by using hospital grade cleaners. Our pillow cases, towels and linens are washed in a bleach- based solution. Equipment and treatment tables are disinfected after every patient and we have increased the frequency of cleaning to every 30 minutes. Moreover, we are increasing the frequency of disinfecting countertops, door handles, and other high-touch areas, and we are practicing social distancing.

COVID-19 is a rapidly evolving, global health concern that requires nimbleness and frequent decision making and adjustments to our response. We will follow federal, regional and state health guidance in conjunction with Saint Joseph Mercy Health System to make decisions that optimize the health and safety of the communities in which we serve.
