Welcome to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Canton

At our practice, we work hard to provide you and your family with high-quality, personalized care that respects your time and needs. We are ready to take care of your whole family, from infants to their great-grandparents.

Our physicians and staff place special emphasis on preventive care so that, in addition to helping you today with health problems, we can work with you now to avoid ones that might otherwise come up in the future.

If you have an urgent medical problem and need assistance after business hours, please call the office and your call will be directed to the Trinity Health IHA Call Center. The call center staff will assist you and contact the physician on-call to address your concerns.

We encourage you to sign up for the Trinity Health MyChart patient portal, which offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. Sign up using the button above.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Primary Care - Canton is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their families (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

As a practice, we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to our patients and families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.
