Dr. Sundram runs behind in her schedule it seems like most times that I visit. This past visit felt very rushed to the point where I felt I didn鈥檛 get the chance to another issue I was having. I have a busy schedule too and I drove almost 40 minutes for a 10 minute appointment-35 minutes behind.

I couldn鈥檛 ask for a better doctor.The only drawback is scheduling an appointment can be difficult.As with many doctors you must plan in advance.

I did not fully understand my after visit instructions
I have noticed a significant change in the doctor's demeanor since I became her patient a few years ago. Initially, she was personable and caring, but this time her attitude seems to have shifted in the opposite direction. During my recent visit, I observed that a considerable amount of time was spent typing on the computer, taking away from the direct interaction. Additionally as I previously stated, I was informed that any discussion unrelated to the primary purpose of the visit would result in an additional charge for an office visit, which was disappointing. I believed that all aspects of my health were relevant and deserving of attention.

I appreciate the staff letting me know the doctor was running behind, and how much behind. It allowed me to adjust my schedule accordingly. Just wish I was told before I was called into patient room. The doctor gave good care, assumed more than should have about my lifestyle though - I've experienced this with other doctors in this office as well. I disagree with diagnosis as conditions were not present prior to event, but I agree with end recommendations.
Dr. Sundram is the best. I went to another provider when she moved to this office because of work and travel time. I have not have good PCP care since I left her. I will be returning to her care. I praise God for her.
The doctor was her usual helpful and pleasant self, but it was the first time my mental health was not discussed. Prior to this, it was never needed. But Covid has been extremely stressful for me and I would have welcomed a suggestion for a therapist. I was a bit overwhelmed with my blood work results and my asking about it was forgotten because of that. That said, I found my Care 99% great with that one missing component/suggestion.

*Dr. Sundram MD took care of me and her staff. I was very satisfied. They also took time to assure me that we would make sure all that was causing my illness we would take care of it, took a swab and sent to the lab - promptly so to be able to prescribe meds - if needed.

I arrived at my 4:20 appointment at 4:10. The receptionist checked me in timely, and then I sat in the waiting room until 4:55. The MA indicated that Dr. Sundram was 'a few minutes behind'. I said that I may have to leave if she's not with me soon, as my appointment was scheduled for 35 minutes prior. The MA then said 'do you have another appointment or somethin?' and indicated that the 'receptionist should have said somethin' - in which I replied that she was the only person up front and quite busy. She said under her breath that 'there's a reason she's alone' and the MA had asked her to do something that would 'help out' but she didn't listen. She implied that the reason my appointment was running so late because of the receptionist which I found odd. The MA instructed that Dr. Sundram had one person ahead of me and she would then be with me. At 5:25, I decided that my time was more valuable and I did have 'somethin' scheduled for that evening. I had to pick my son up from daycare, feed my family and then leave my house by 6:30 to get to 'somethin'. I was NOT seen at this appointment and I am very disappointed that I was not notified of any delays other than she was running 'a few minutes' behind. If delays were communicated, I may not be as upset.
Dr. Sundram & the nurses are all very kind, smart & friendly. Dr. Sundram always asks me about school & family.
