Neurology Residency
We participate in the NRMP (National Residency Matching Program). Applications and the following documents are accepted only through ERAS. We require:
- Good communication skills
- Must have taken and passed Step 1 of the USMLE or COMLEX
- Recent medical school graduate (within the last 3 years)
- Our institution only sponsors J1 visas
- Application through ERAS only
- USMLE or COMLEX Step 2 exam results are encouraged, but not required prior to your interview. Step 2 must be available to be considered for ranking.

Interviews

Visiting Learners
We welcome visiting medical students and residents for rotations. Students apply for rotations through VSLO. Find us via Michigan State University – College of Human Medicine – Grand Rapids Campus. Residents please contact Susan.Grice@trinity-health.org begin the application process.
We are unable to offer observerships or externships to prospective applicants outside of the VSLO system.
