Candidates must register for the ASHP match. Information can be found at: PhORCAS - ASHP
Application Deadline: January 2nd
THAA PGY2 residency candidates must:
- Be a graduate from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy in the US
- Be eligible for licensure in the State of Michigan
- Successfully complete an ASHP accredited PGY1 Residency
All application materials must be submitted through PhORCAS. Please include the following:
- Letter of intent
- **No more than 1 page in length, single-spaced, 11 font**
- Curriculum vitae
- Copy of your Pharmacy School college transcripts only (PhORCAS does not accept pre-pharmacy transcripts)
- Copy of PGY1 training certificate
- Three letters of recommendation
- Submitted via PhORCAS
- Do not submit more than three
After the applicant enters the reference writer information into their application, the writer receives an email with a link to the PhORCAS portal, a username, and a password.
