Neuro-Palliative Care
Our neuro-palliative care physicians optimize quality of life for people with neurological conditions that have long-lasting or life-altering circumstances. We are available at any stage of illness and typically get involved early in a person’s care.
Neuro-palliative care physicians work with patients, families and other neurological disease specialists to ease the burden of living with certain chronic disorders. Neurorehabilitation
Neurorehabilitation involves a variety of therapies that optimize your safety, comfort and independence. Physical medicine doctors develop a personalized care plan and work with highly skilled therapists to coordinate your care.
Neurorehabilitation may include:
- Occupational therapy, which teaches you methods for coping with changes to your abilities. Therapists may teach you how to use devices that help you walk, eat and perform daily tasks.
