Substance Use Disorder Services

Two men talking

Addiction recovery services are for people 18 and older who are navigating the challenges of substance use disorders. Whether it’s your first-time seeking help or you’ve tried treatment in the past, we are here for you at Trinity Health with services in both Southeast and West Michigan. Our comprehensive offerings focus on recovery and healing so you can live a substance-free lifestyle.

Who Are Our Substance Use Disorder Services For?

Our services are for people struggling with addiction to a range of substances, including:

  • Alcohol
  • Cannabis
  • Cocaine
  • Heroin
  • Opioids
  • Prescription pain medication and sedatives
  • Stimulants
  • Other drugs

Where to Begin

To find the right care, speaking with your primary care provider is a great place to start. Your provider can do an initial assessment and help connect you with the right level of care. If you’re ready to look for more specialized treatment, look for addiction recovery or recovery medicine services near you.

You can contact us even if you’re not sure where to go. We get to the source of your concerns and help you find the provider, clinic location or hospital that can best meet your needs. For your convenience, some outpatient offices offer virtual appointments.
