Study Feasibility and Review

A "feasibility review" is the process used to determine if the proposed study/project aligns with the institutional strategies and is approved by the Principal Investigator's Director and/or Vice President. The review will include, at a minimum:
- Budget analysis
- Privacy assessment
- Data security assessment
- Human Resource implications
- Contractual requirements
- Other items specific to a given study
The feasibility review must be completed prior to submission to the IRB since issues in any area reviewed may make it improbable or impossible for the study/project to be completed as proposed. The feasibility review is completed under the guidance of the Executive Director of the Office of Research & Innovation. Please submit a consultation request for further assistance.
