Dr. Cai is a wonderful physician. When my former physician retired, I thought I would never again find a physician as talented, caring, and as strong a patient advocate as what I previously had. I was wrong. Dr. Cai takes the time to really listen. He never rushes you, and always very timely and responsive. He is patient and kind, has a good sense of humor, and I trust him completely and highly recommend him.

My doctor is always attentive, and knowledgable - very personable too. I have fibromyalgia, it comes with mental confusion and "brain fog" I'm not stupid, I've done both medical and legal transcription and paralegal duties, that said - I'm overwhelmed with the inability to process information, to understand clearly what is going on with my health. I've got ALOT of arthritis and my pain is off the charts, that also adds to panic, etc. Dr. Cai calms me down, I know "he's got this" always letting me know that the info he's giving me is in the portal so I can check later... he means read it a couple of times because I've forgotten. Never, ever has he made me feel dumb or like a burden, that's all me. I can't tell you how much it helps having a doctor like this. Additionally, he spotten an anomaly in my bloodwork, I didn't know and left untreated it could have been very, very bad. He notified me swiftly and handled it. IHA Trinity Health should be proud to have Dr. Cai on their team, I know I am!

I have recommended several people see Dr. Cai, and they did. I referred my son and daughter, and if you are a parent, you know that you trust someone with your kid (they are adults) that is a big, big, compliment. Dr. Cai has bent over backwards, ironic considering I've got spine troubles...but he knows I want to be able to drive, and teach my daughter to as well, I have to fend off pain that is truly unfathomable. Dr. Cai has SO many awesome recommendations, I'm doing them all, PT, water aerobics, and more. I could talk at you about this man for hours. F

My doctor has helped me on several levels with multiple chronic conditions, dealing with them is a real pain in the rumpus, but he has not been afraid to help me treat, improve and find ways to make my life easier and more hopeful. Physical therapy has been remarkable to aid with pain relief and reduce stiffness and swelling. I really appreciate his out of the box thinking to deal with my health issues and remain off of strong pain medications so that I can drive. That is really important to me, and he has kept that in mind. I appreciate his demeanor and sense of humor, he is a very kind compassionate physician - smart as a whip, too!

Appt. For bp check. It has been running low. Dr Cai reduced dose of one med. Script called in and available on my arrival to drug store. Glad I came in. The appointment was made by office staff after reviewing charts and noticing my bp had been high last visit. This was a good thing they did. Made me check my bp and realize it was too low.

When Dr. Durfee retired, I thought I would never find another physician that I could hold with such high regard. I was wrong. Dr. Cai is an outstanding physician. Dr. Cai was fantastic. Very compassionate and kind. With my ADHD I can be a bit all over the place but he was very understanding and compassionate and I didn't feel rushed or misunderstood or made to feel less than, which I appreciate more than I can describe. That can be really hard to find in a PCP: someone who is a solid, easy-to-follow provider and able to kindly relate to a neurodivergent patient like myself. Very happy with the care from Dr.Cai and grateful to have him as my provider.
