This was my 1st visit with Dr Orlando as I was looking for a new doctor after being unhappy with my visits at my past doctors office. When I met her I felt like I've been seeing her for years. So easy to talk to, seemed like she was genuinely concerned about my concerns. It's the first time I've felt 'heard' in a long time and I have hope for an explanation of why I'm experiencing some of the symptoms I'm having. So glad I'm making this move to her office

I didn't realize how easy it would be to ask for help. It hurt so much to call to schedule an appointment. I was so upset to go in the office. I was even more upset to be in the room waiting. But the moment they didn't judge me and offered help with no restriction, made me feel safe. I am terrified of medical professionals and this was a good step in a better direction.

I appreciated Dr. Orlando's sensitivity to my needs in this post-hospitalization visit: issues of back to work needs, referrals to specialists and medication changes along with explanations of MRI results etc. I have also come to appreciate the Portal in a way that I had not before. With so many tests and reports, it is really great to have a space where I can review and remember them.
She didn't seem to be very experienced, and as such I didn't feel very confident about her recommendations. Even her exam wasn't very thorough, and I felt like she was just trying to get through her questions and move on.
