Welcome to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Primary Care - EMU

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Primary Care - EMU is committed to serving the Eastern Michigan University and the greater Ypsilanti community with quality medical care for the entire family, from newborns to seniors. Our physicians have a special interest in promoting your family’s well-being through health education and disease prevention.

Situated on the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA)'s Route 3 - Huron River bus line, the practice is within walking distance of the stop at Huron River Drive and Oakwood. Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - EMU is visible from Huron River Drive, but to enter the parking lot you must turn onto Oakwood Street or Mayhew Street and then enter from
campus.

If you have an urgent medical problem and need assistance when the office is closed, please call the office and your call will be
directed to the Trinity Health IHA Call Center. The call center staff will assist you and contact the physician on-call to address your concerns.

We encourage you to sign up for the Trinity Health MyChart patient portal, which offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. Learn more or sign up using the button above (top left).

As a practice, we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to our patients and families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the
CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.
