Right from how cleared the sidewalks were on the snowy day of my appointment to the personal that checked me in, I felt welcomed. Then the high energy and fun personality of the person that took my weight and showed me the exam room to the tech that took my blood pressure 3 times because it was high and she wanted to make sure it was a true reading. I always felt I was the reason why they were there. Then of course there's Dr Whipple of which I never had a doctor like her before. She is so down to earth you would think you were chatting with a lifelong friend. She listens with focus what I'm saying then provides answers and solutions. She believes diet can help with health issues but she will not talk diet unless you bring it up first. I am never rushed in our , what I call chats, so she can get to the next patient. I also have to mention the pharmacy that's attached to this office. The pharmacist is just like the drs office, he is so friendly and just wants to do what's right for the customer. He always searches the best price for my prescriptions and always offers free delivery for refills. I have already changed 2 of my family members to Dr Whipple and working on more.So the question was "how could we have improved the care or services I received during my visit?' Well maybe offer a lollipop after the visit.
