From the medical assistant, I think her name was Catherine to the doctor. The whole experience was absolutely pleasant. I had a flu shot done by the medical assistant. At the end she was terrific about. It didn鈥檛 even feel it going in from beginning to end from check-in to check out, was delightful.

So far I really like Dr. McCardle - I can see how she would be excellent for new and expectant moms. It's a tradeoff of having a good OBGYN and knowing that she is still delivering babies so her schedule is hectic. For the most part she manages it quite well.

Everytime I visit Dr. Macardle, she treats me with a lot of respect and care as If we're family. She makes me feel confident in the health system. I have had A LOT of bad experiences with doctors not being understanding, being judgmental, dismissing my needs, and it prevented me from making appointments and seeking treatment/help. However, the faith that Dr. Macardle puts in me through her attentiveness and dedication to me as a patient, I am more confident in going to doctors. I wish every doctor could be like her because she does such an amazing job at making her patients feel like actual humans, instead of just another addition to a paycheck (as other doctors have made me feel unfortunately). The rest of the staff is also very kind and helpful. Nurse Mary is so sweet and also helped me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I am so glad that I found such a great doctor with a great team!
