Welcome to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Obstetrics & Gynecology - Chelsea! Our physicians and staff are devoted to providing the highest quality obstetric and gynecologic health care for women. We offer state-of-the-art obstetrical care, office and surgical gynecology. Please note that all deliveries are performed at Trinity Health Ann Arbor only, but gynecologic surgery is performed at both Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital and Chelsea Hospital.
