Good experience
I had a fainting spell due to the mentioning of blood draw as my body often reacts dramatically to even the mention of blood drawing. N.P. Boloens went above and beyond making sure that I was ok! She not only got me juice and crackers, but she got in the floor w me opened the juice for me and held it for me in between sips. She helped me get a pillow under my head and helped my husband w elevating my legs. She also was a wonderful listener when I was describing what the appointment was originally for. She had great suggestions for what is needed for treatment of my appointment concerns. God bless her!! She is fantastic!! Highly recommend her!!:)

Laurel is wonderful. I haven't had a bad experience with her since she started. I feel like I can trust her just as much as Dr. Whipple, which is why I'm happy to be able to schedule with her.
I went to the pharmacy after my appointment to get my prescription and it wasn't sent there. I gave it a few days but it still wasn't sent. I sent a message in mychart to get it sent. Not anything crazy but I would have liked to start using my medication sooner.
It is very kind and caring.

You said "we all want to be like Dr. Whipple" but I think you already are like her. :) I really appreciate how carefully you listened to me and that you let me lead the discussion about medications. I do get anxious in doctor's offices, but it helps a lot when I feel in control of what's happening. Talking with you was such a delight and I'm happy to have you on my care team. :D

Again, Laurel was not good. Very impersonal and was in the room for less than 5 minutes. I was not even examined by her

The people on the phone were beyond patient and helpful. Then when I came in for my appointment when I was weighed(ugh) and she was doing the intake was so sweet, and kind. I wish I could remember her name but my memory is failing these days. The Dr Boelens made me feel so comfortable and heard. She was gentle and kind and oh so patient!
She spoke directly to my son in such a friendly way that he felt comfortable telling his own story and trusted her advice. He's been worried about his mouth pain and she clearly put him at ease

Good and helpful
I feel comgortable with my phydician. Dr. Orlsndo, and any of the other physicians, nurse prsctidioners, or physicians assistents thst have cared for me when she was unavailable. The nurses are courteous patient with my hearing loss and very good in keeping my file up to date. I feel, in fact, that this group of people is lookingout for me even when im in a personal muddle of depression or useless with a migraine, They've "got me covered," and thats a nice thing for someone my age.
