My overall experience was very good. I was coming in as a new patient with Dr.Jeung whom my husband, brother, sister-in-law, niece and some of my friends had recommended. His nurse assistant also played a part in making me feel comfortable with her pleasing personality.Just and FYI my reason for witching from my old primary care doctor to Dr. Jeung Is location, weather and the fact that I am getting older and the drive time. My reason for the appointment was to get lab work but I am more concerns with my knee and allergies that I focus on that Instead. Hope I did not bore you but my visit was excellent.

Could you please add 'check-up' to the list of reasons for the appointment when filling out the online forms? This takes a VERY long time to fill out and then more pages are expected after you select the reason for the visit. This is very annoying when the reason is a simple check-up.

Dr. Jeung is very professional yet very personal. He always greets me and tells me how good it is to see me. He is a good listener and really tries to understand what I am saying. Dr. Jeung has helped me manage my type one diabetes and with other less severe issues. I am fortunate to have him as my primary care physician ( although I have been quite satisfied with all of the doctors who have helped me deal with diabetes for more than thirty years now).
