Welcome to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Primary Care – Ann Arbor Campus

Our physicians and staff provide the highest quality medical care for our patients and the best service to their families. We appreciate the opportunity to care for our existing patients and welcome new patients to join our practice. We invite you to review this website to learn more about us or to call our office at any time.
If you have an urgent medical problem and need assistance after business hours, please call the office and your call will be directed to the Trinity Health IHA Call Center. The call center staff will assist you and contact the physician on-call to address your concerns.

We encourage you to sign up for the Trinity Health MyChart patient portal, which offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. Learn more or sign up using the button above (top left).
Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Primary Care – Ann Arbor Campus is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their families (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

As a practice, we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to patients and their families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.
