Safe Visitation
- Masks are optional for patients, visitors and staff members. Free masks are available at entrances and information desks.
- People with fever or respiratory illness should not visit patients.
- You may be asked to wear a mask if visiting a patient who has a compromised immune system or respiratory illness

for inpatients, birth center, NICU, surgery or minors
Visiting Hours
- 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. for Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital, Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital and Trinity Health Shelby Hospital
- 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. for Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Livingston, Livonia and Oakland Hospitals, as well as Chelsea Hospital
Additional Precautions: Some specialty areas may have additional visitor guidelines in place to ensure optimal patient and staff safety. Please check with your care team.
Vaccines and Visitors: Trinity Health encourages all visitors to be fully vaccinated and up to date on COVID-19 boosters. However, some specialty care areas with severely immunocompromised patients may require vaccination prior to visiting a patient.
