Pharmacy Residency Program
Required application materials must be submitted through Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) and include:
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- List all academic achievements including previous or pending degrees, academic scholarships, and honors
- List all work or volunteer experiences in pharmacy including community, hospital, research, or ambulatory settings
- Describe leadership experiences including role, completed activities, and awards both within and outside of pharmacy
- List professional and community service activities including number or hours and/or frequency
- Describe research experience including longitudinal and rotation-specific activities, quality improvement projects, and medication use evaluations. List completed manuscripts, newsletters, policies, procedures, guidelines, drug monographs or reviews
- Presentations include poster or platform presentations. Also include presentations or in-services given during rotation to local site or local committee
- Letter of intent/Personal Statement
- Include professional goals
- List strengths/attributes that make you a good resident candidate
- Describe why you are specifically interested in our program at Trinity Health Muskegon
- College of pharmacy transcripts
- Additional transcripts are not required
- Three letters of recommendation (PhORCAS forms)
- Separate letters are not required

Residency candidates must participate in the match and abide by all rules relating to the matching process.
Residents accepting this position agree to complete 52 weeks of residency training at Trinity Health Muskegon and must complete all the requirements for the program before the certificate of completion can be awarded.
