I wish she would have asked more questions to understand my concerns. She didn't show any emotion or human kindness. She didn't offer anything extra without me prompting like diet or exercise regimens. I waited a long time to get in to this doctor. Had to meet qualifying diagnostics and many phone calls to ensure medical documents were provided to be considered as a patient. Only to be given the exact same information and much less personal or human approach" to my needs.
Dr. Was very nice but Seemed rather bored and uninterested. Not sure she was understanding what I was trying to explain

As I鈥檝e already stated she is an excellent doctor.
Multi visit with this dr and she ignore previous recommendations from other dr and other notes from current dr for prescribing medication to prevent additional inflammation and flare up attacking my joints and eye. Dr did read my history and when meet in person spoke down to me when I asked for clarity and future treatment.
I ask question outside her speciality and she was able to help

A follow up appointment and tests were arranged while I was with Dr. Guo. Very efficient to have the x-ray and lab in the same building. The doctor's orders were in place within minutes of being in her office.

I am very happy with the care & service I received from *Dr. Guo. The only complaint I have is that she is very soft spoken & I have a hard time hearing her. I have tinnitus and I have to have her repeat what she says.

I was relieved to finally be listened to about my concerns. I understand I have multiple health conditions with overlapping symptoms, making diagnosis and treatment difficult, but Dr. Guo did not make me feel bad for having a complicated medical history. She was accommodating to my needs in regards to tolerating touch. Based on my visit and how she spoke to me and tests she plans to run, I feel hopeful that she can help me figure out what is going on and an appropriate treatment plan.
