Very difficult to get meds from pharmacy after visit: wanted to order and I couldn't wait.
Dr. Bhan noticed the swelling in my ankles & feet & addressed the issue. (I had been in contact with my Primary Care Physician twice prior to this visit) She took time with me & explained what was happening to me in clear terms.
Although one of the doctor's there had an emergency & had to leave, I only had to wait & additional few moments before the doctor came into see me. She did not rush me, but let me explain things thoroughly & addressed my concerns.

DR. BAHN ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION IN A WAY I COULD UNDERSTAND. AND ASKED QUESTIONS IN A WAY I UNDERSTOOD WHAT SHE WAS ASKING.
It was a short CPAP compliance appointment, so only about 10 minutes. But I had a chance to ask some questions, which was good.
She listens to you and gives positive and helpful feedback.
The wait to see the doctor was quite long. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and still waiting almost an hour. If I had been an hour late my appt would have ben cancelled.. Time is important to PATIENTS and Physicians.
I was grateful for this positive, kind experience at a time most offices would be closed. It helped my recovery from Covid.

She was extremely knowledgeable she knew everything that had happened from my initial visit with my primary care physician to my ER visit. She knew that the medications that had been prescribed for me were not the correct medication for what I had going on and change them immediately. After over a week of pneumonia and not feeling well I started feeling better immediately after she changed the medication and took the time to look into my labs and x-rays! She was absolutely phenomenal!
