Your 1st floor check-in can be a bit confusing.
Dr. Shomin was very nice. It was my first time seeing him but he made me feel comfortable and I felt like he cared about my well-being.
All staff was PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, PROFECIENT, POLITE
I thought he did a very good job, and made a lot of good sense.
When I made appointment who I talked to I told this was urgent. After making apt she called back after finding an earlier time

Set up appointments to have further testing done and provided prescriptions for easing the symptom.
Dr Shomin took his time & explained what to do for Constant cough & prescribed Antibiotic for Sinus Infection. If he hadn't given me antibiotic, I would still be very sick. Am GRATEFUL I was able to have Virtual appt. w/Him

This was my first experience with telemedicine. Dr. Shomin was patient and professional. Always prefer to see my primary doctor Sally Kliphuis when she's available,but this telemedicine experience exceeded my expectations.
