My smartphone and computer skills are limited but she took the time to talk me through the procedures for completing the setup. She was very professional and friendly during the visit. Ms. Hall clearly explained the medications needed and frequency along with tests that were going to be order so that a treatment plan and management of my afib could be established and a cardiologist assigned. Do to holiday weekend did not get calls to schedule procedures until Wednesday following the visit. Provider stressed to take it easy and to go to the ER if symptoms worsened.
Thais was well educated on my heart situation and potential procedures. Very personable and easy to talk with.

I was impressed with her knowledge of my medical history. She seemed truly interested in my questions and comments. The only thing she forgot was to check on when my prescriptions would expire. I did call MI Heart later and the prescriptions were called in on that day.
Seen to many doctors to many different opinions drs. RUDE and will not listen. I'll never go there again sorry didn't feel satisfied poor treatment.
