I waited for a PT order but it took so long I left.
I am an out of state visitor. I injured my toe nail on Sunday. Monday morning I was seen in urgent care. They arranged for my podiatrist appointment for Monday afternoon. It was determined that my nail had to be removed. I was thrilled to have it removed at my first podiatrist visit. Dr Donovan was so kind and did a great job. She explained the whole process and even dealt well with my anxiety. Her assistant was equally kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend your facility and doctor to anyone in need of this kind of healthcare.

I last saw Dr. Donovan several years ago for a foot related problem and she was thorough, exceptionally helpful and gave me excellent advice that solved my problem. I have kept her name in mind and was the only person I wanted to have my son see when he developed a foot/knee issue and me see again for a different foot issue. Again, she was very helpful, explained the likely cause of pain in both of our cases and recommended a clear course of action and plans for follow up If needed. She is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced and that comes through.

My appointment was at 7am. All correspondence stated I needed to be there at 6:30am. I arrived at 6:30am to a dark and locked office. I had to wait in a hallway for 25 minutes before a receptionist arrived and let me in. When I told her I've had been waiting since 6:30 she indicated the automation needed to be updated. This tells me IHA knows of the issue and isn't making an attempt to fix it.
