Dr O Connor is professional and also a caring doctor. My daughters (16 and 12) feels very comfortable with her, regardless why they are seeing her.

My daughter was very nervous when we arrived and she had to get a finger poke and was pretty upset. Dr O'Connor came in and made her feel very comfortable and she was back to her silly self very quickly.

The provider was great! She is so knowledgeable and really connects with my daughter. She was able to treat my daughter and get us the proper medicine.
Stacy O'Connor is an exceptional pediatrician with excellent knowledge, excellent rapport with kids, excellent bedside manners...but the MAs need to take notes on how to treat her patients.

Dr. O'Connor is always great. She was right on time, hardly any wait for her, stayed and answered all our questions, and really showed care for his well being physically, developmentally and emotionally.
The only reason I am at this office currently is because of Dr. O'Connor. Some of the other on call doctors have been rude and disrespectful. The wait time on hold to make an appointment with reception is entirely too long. IHA Pediatrics has gone downhill in customer service & patient care since 2020. Again, Stacey O'Connor is the ONLY doctor I will see. [ . . . ] is also the best medical assistant at the office!!
