They seem to be over scheduled it's very hard to get into the office in a timely manner.

Dr. Attili is very friendly, concerned, and listens well. I like her a lot. My discontent is with the way the office runs. No one knows what the other one is doing. Often difficult to get in. They don't seem to reserve time for sick patients to get in. I have found recently that it may be more helpful to message them on Trinity IHA Mychart than to call.

Dr. Atilli is literally the best doctor I've had out of dozens of doctors in my [. . .] years of living in six different states and six different countries (besides America) for at least a year.
The service 'felt' rushed, causing me to feel on edge. I felt as though the visit was entirely business, rather than the person oriented care of the past IHA has taken the caring, human focus out of the practice.
She's great, doesn't seem rushed, listens.
D r. Attili was very informative about my blood work and provided information on things I could do to improve my bone density, told me of medications I could take along with different side effects. Gave me information on what I could do to improve my kidney function. And ordered follow up blood work in four weeks, to check kidney function again. This is a big concern of mine.

However, after my first visit with Dr Attili, I feel so blessed to be able to call her my doctor.
