IMy Dr. Kosteva always takes the time needed to figure out what is going on. He gets right to "Let's get to it" and never makes me feel I am taking up his time. I feel very confident in his decisions. Never failed me or my husband yet. The nurses are VERY good as well. They take their time even when I can see it is quite busy!!

My visit with the nurse practitioner (NP) went better than I anticipated. The provider listened to my concerns, provided a careful examination and provided a clear explanation of what could be a good treatment to try. The provider seemed knowledgeable, agreeable, she seemed to care about the patient as a person and was very courteous and kind to my child, who I had to bring with me. I appreciated getting the appointment from this provider, because waiting for my doctor would mean I'd have to wait for at least a month to get on their schedule.

I felt that my daughter's recent history was ignored and not addressed. I wasn't reassured, told it was normal to get back to back separate illnesses, wasn't told it wasn't a continuation of what she had before, etc. I was only told it wasn't what I thought it was and how to treat symptoms she no longer had.

The entire process was so easy, and all employees were so helpful. I tried to make a virtual visit with my doctor, but was contacted instead by a scheduler based on my stated reason for visit. The scheduler added me to the same day PA visit list. When I arrived, the receptionist checked me in within 2 minutes, and took me back to the room within 5 mins. [ . . . ] was in within the next minute to take vitals, and discuss a plan for the doctor. By the 15 minute mark I was swabbed and already waiting for test results. Seconds before Sherry entered the app let me know that my results were ready! She checked me over for any other concerns, and I was out the door within 45 minutes. Excellent service!!

Sherry Headley has a very nice way about her. She listened carefully to my concerns and asked spot on questions. She was very clear with a course of action and we discussed some additional medical concerns. She was very knowledgeable and gave good advice. All in all I was extremely pleased with her care. This was my first interaction with IHA as I moved to Ann Arbor last November. I must say I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of care.

NP Headley listened. She had not read what I had written up electronically so I asked her to read it quickly for I had provided as much background as possible when I wrote it believing that I might forget something face to face. We spoke of the eye and the two other issues as well as general wellness care for someone my age. She honored my denying some referrals (e.g. pap smear, mammogram, colonoscopy, but we agreed on blood work and I asked for a referral for her recommending I see an eye doctor.
