Dr Addison explained everything very well and was to the point.
Everything was super no complaints about anything
Dr. Addison is always willing to listen, discuss and explain any concerns, questions and inquiries with me.
I feel Dr Addison takes a personal interest in how I am doing. I never feel rushed or that he is rushed. Listens to my opinions and does not try to force options upon me. Offers options, we discuss and then he respects my decison.
Dr Addison is very busy. But I felt like he wasn't really listening to me. Regarding the dizziness medication. He didn't want me to take off work. But my job requires driving and heavy lifting. Also felt I would have benefited by the antibiotic sooner . Rather than waiting

Dr. Addison was very prepared and conscious of any concerns I shared. He was proactive in communicating and scheduling additional care for the season ahead, in light of my history and future.
Marie Richards is who I typically see; she couldnt get me in but addressed my concern and was able to have Dr Addison squeeze me in prior to the weekend as he was concerned in addressing my concerns so I wouldn't worry all weekend...both went above and beyond service level!

First I didn't know i had an appointment until you reminded me Then i didn't realize i needed to have blood work done prior to my visit SO if you can remind i have an appt, remind me to have blood work done also. That should be easy, right? So do I have an appt scheduled for later next year. I must be "missing the boat" on how the new system works
