Sarah Simon, PT, DPT, CIMT, Clinic Director

""I became a physical therapist to help improve each patient's quality of life without using surgery or medications, whenever possible. I enjoy getting to know new people and educating them how to live healthier lifestyles."

Sarah earned a bachelor's degree from Hope College and a doctoral degree in physical therapy from Grand Valley State University.

She believes in a holistic approach to physical therapy using a combination of joint mobilization, muscle energy, myofascial release and therapeutic exercise. Sarah focuses on fixing mechanical deficits that are causing the pain in order to create long-term improvement.

Sarah has taken a large range of continuing education classes and is a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT) and she specializes in treating neck, shoulder pain, headaches and the foot/ankle.

She ran track and played volleyball in high school and ran cross country in both high school and college. She loves spending time with her two young children and her husband, as well as friends and family. She enjoys hiking, walking, running, spending time at the lake and gardening.
