I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. The waiting time in the office was quite long, as we spent about 30 minutes waiting in the doctor's office before seeing the doctor and receiving the vaccine. We arrived at 3:20 PM and were released about an hour later, with most of the time spent waiting. I understand that delays can happen, but a shorter wait time would greatly enhance the overall experience. Thank you for considering my feedback.

All of my questions were answered without hesitation, and my son's vaccination schedule was easily adjusted to get him caught up. Dr. Lacy spoke to me in a way I understood without being condescending.

Dr. Lacy treats children with respect. I appreciated that she directed questions at him, even though I did jump in a few times to clarify/correct since he's 6. My son asked how she knew he had an ear infection. She was so patient and kind, and took the time to show him some images and explain it to him. I learned some things too! Dr. Lacy is amazing.

We love Dr. Lacy!! She's been our pediatrician since the boys were born and they're 14 & 15 now.. she's thorough, genuinely cares and has amazing bedside & communication skills. I can't possibly say enough good things to describe her or how grateful I am that she is my children's primary doctor.
