So far, so good. This was first introduction to Dr. Kaminsky, and she, to me (my previous IHA Clinton provider was reassigned within IHA). My goal was a physical exam beyond a Medicare "wellness" visit, so that Dr. Kaminsky has a good baseline (hopefully) if/when I must seek care in the future.

The DO I saw seemed overwhelmed, to me. I may be extra sensitive since I have worked in health care all of my life. This was the first time I had met her, so we didn't know each other. I have also been frustrated because of the changes in IHA providers in my area. This is the 3rd provider I have seen for routine visits in the last 2 years.

I was concerned about blood clots since a sibling has just passed away and I had a clot after one of my vein procedures. But she was not concerned at all that I could have Issues and didn't recommend any kind of help to reassure me.
My experience was professional and helpful.
I think I should not be told I only have so many minutes to be in room for appointment. Also it seem like I was in charge of the exam, if I didn't know what to do or ask nothing would have been done.
My primary doctor was Dr. Cheema but she left the practice. This was my first visit with Dr. Kaminsky and I was very happy with her. She spent a lot of time answering my questions and she was very thorough.

During our telephone conference my symptoms were assessed and blood tests and an EKG were deemed necessary to identify the cause of my illness. An appointment to perform these procedures was quickly scheduled within 2 days.

My provider is excellent answer's any questions I have. The call center rep ( [ . . . ]) needs to be better with problem solving, give valid patients information and respond respectful to patient questions. My provider was informed about the problems I had scheduling an appointment. Also to schedule an appointment is ridiculous. More times needs to be offered. I'm not sure who I scheduled an appointment with my,provided had no available appointments. I waited more than 2 weeks only to be called and told my appointment would be canceled. This is unacceptable to me, with having taken time off work, and the about of time I waited for my appointment.

Dry hands that crack and bleed took 3 visits, 60 dollars in co-pays. Called the dermatologist, one visit, ONE copay problem was corrected!
