I saw Dr. Ahmed because Dr. Alvir was not available. I only needed an EKG for a procedure that I'm having on 8/28.
My appointment was in-person, but the doctor suggested I change it to virtual. I'd never done a virtual appointment, but it went well and I didn't need to go the extra distance to the office I wasn't familiar with.

Sorry got my feedback to staff/provider mixed up...Dr Ahmed got "staff" and I want to mention Elizabeth, his MA. She is very welcoming and has a very pleasant personality that makes more Dr appointments pleasurable, even if we have to talk about something serious. She really takes the edge off when rooming myself and my husband.
Dr.Ahmed was very helpful and made suggestions to get me the treatment I need. He seemed very kind and understanding. I would recommend him to a friend.
The doctor listened and gave suggestions for treating me! I am suppose to see a woman doctor in June which I requested but the doctor I saw was very nice!
My initial visit to the Schoolcraft primary care office was positive on all levels, from receptionist, medical assistant, medical resident, Dr. Ahmed, and the discharge staff woman.

He is friendly, truly cares and always asks if I have any questions about what we discussed during the visit. I also appreciate the "recap"... prescriptions have been sent, we discussed your results, and the follow up instructions (see you in 3 months, 6 months, etc) plus the remainder that I can always send a question or concern through MyChart.

I originally left my PCP in Ann Arbor only nrvsudr I sm blind and needed a place in Livonia that would provide transportation to and from the Dr.

Although my 93 year old mother was treated and able to come home, which we are thankful, my overall experience in the ER and on the floor was very poor. We felt to a need to take turns staying with her at all times and over night.

I only go when to the doctors when I need to so I'm not a regular patient so often I'm dropped from rolls and treated like an aggravation because of that. However here I was treated with extremely detailed care and with swift action as well. Best doctors visit I've ever experienced, especially considering the amount of pain I was in

Dr. Ahmaed displayed such a high level of sensitivity that was admirable. He entered into the exam room prepared meaning, he really took time to read my medical history which helped him to feel familiar and allowed me to be comfortable. If I had to see another doctor in Dr. Tefend's absence, I would request Dr. Ahmaed.
I didn't feel rushed at all during the appointment. I felt listened to, which turned an awkward medical issue into something comfortable to talk about.
When it comes down to it, I trust my doctors and nurses. I never had a bad experience at the office or with the staff. They're always kind and helpful..
I just thought it was strange that I had abdominal pain and the dr didn't even have me put on a gown. Palpated my abdomen through my pants and under clothes. Other than that he did well.
