Although Dr. Patel is not my PCP, I have seen her now 2 times for urgent issues and I was very pleased with her care. She is very pleasant and has a wonderful bedside manner.
I really liked her and she listened to me to address my concerns (didnt just brush me off).

When you need to get in for an appointment right away & Dr's you are familiar with are booked, you never know what to expect. Right away Dr. Sachi Patel made me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable on the issue, explained everything in detail (I need the details) & answered all my questions. It was clear that she had reviewed my history & we had a good discussion of why she was prescribing the particular meds. Very satisfied & will definitely recommend.

Trinity health IHA is a great place to receive your medical care. I鈥檝e been a part of this clinic for over 15 years. I must say the doctors that I have been involved with has taken great care of me. My current doctor S Patel is simply wonderful, and taking the time to explain to me, the things that I need to do to improve my medical health. I truly believe without the doctor care and concern I might not be here today. I thoroughly appreciate my doctors and the entire staff at Trinity health IHA Cherry HILL, as well as the Trinity health Saint Joseph Hospital in Ann Arbor.

Doctor appointments are a bit stressful for me but I feel comfortable with Dr. Patel. Again, super knowledgeable and informative while still being able to explain things in layman's terms. If she prescribes something, gives advice, or orders tests, she explains them thoroughly so I feel much better about making medical choices for myself when equipped with useful information.
Taking heed to the advice Dr. Patal advised me within, is the very reason I鈥檓 still apart of planet earth, and getting the much needed immediate care I was in need for. My primary care provider Dr. Poppe as well as Nurse practitioners J. Lambert has taking great concern and care for my overall health wellness. I certainly cannot leave out the entire staff in making my care visits, and services needed a much easier process.

There was a time where I was a nervous wreck 2 days before my doctor appointment. Now when I walk through the door and sit down and relax for just a few minutes I'm okay. Cuz I observed the people I observe the whole atmosphere and it makes me relaxed. So thank you I no longer think about the doctor 24 hours before my visit unless there's something serious LOL but I appreciate everybody there and Dr Poppy she's the best
Clearly very good at what she does. Doctors know what they are talking about but sometimes I don鈥檛 understand them. Dr. Patel explains things clearly without being patronizing.

I booked my appointment online and was thrilled to learn of this option. I was not feeling well and was so happy to be able to book an appointment first thing In the morning, on my own before the office even opened. I have never seen this doctor before and came home thinking I should make her my primary casre doctor because she was that good!
