The staff were efficient, caring, and respectful of my time. Dr. Mlynarek was thoughtful in explaining my options/things I should consider before surgery, and compassionate as to the pain I've had- since he had the same injury prior to becoming a surgeon.

My following comments are for ALL of my appointments with Dr. Mlynarek. Last year 2021 Dr. Mlynarek operated and FIXED BOTH of my shoulders. I was in so much pain with my right shoulder/arm that I did not want it anymore. If you can believe that! I didn't even expect to be pain free AFTER surgery/PT but here I am with a pain free right shoulder/arm and I'm almost there with my left. It was a very difficult journey. Dr. Mlynarek worked hard to fix both my showers/arms and he took the pain away. I don't take that lightly. I pause and think how lucky I was to connect with him on this journey. He has been so supportive, kind and thoughtful. How do you thank someone who's taken your pain away and has been your cheerleader throughout the recovery? Words just don't seem to be enough. I recommend Dr. Mlynarek 100%, and his staff, wholeheartedly every time someone asks me about my experience. I have another surgery coming up soon with him, unrelated to my shoulders, and I trust him completely that recovery will be successful. Unbelievably excellent! Instantly hit on the diagnosis, initiated treatment while in the office, referred me to followup allied health professional treatment (physical therapy), and explained any and all side effects that I might experience as a result of office therapy (bilateral shoulder steroid injections). His technique was painless!

Dr. Mlynarek was instructing a PA during my exam. He asked me if that was okay (which it was). I was fascinated by what he learned by moving my arm various ways. I don't remember anything, but it was SO interesting.
Dr Mlynarek was fantastic! I had begun to digress post surgically and he listened to all my concerns, and we came up with a plan both of us were comfortable with. He answered all of my questions regarding my situation and we were able to work through all of the details of what I should be doing the next 6 weeks until I see him again.

This is my second experience with Dr Mlynarek. He rebuilt a shattered ankle for me last year. I have full confidence that my shoulder will recover just as well. He excels at explaining the procedure as well as performing it. I was fortunate to find such a good surgeon.
