I understand there can be mistakes, but when you鈥檙e in as much of a hurry, as he seem to be mistakes are made much more frequently. I had several questions, and he didn鈥檛 answer the questions I could get out adequately, but it just seemed like I was rushed out of the office. I鈥檓 trying to get an appointment for anything is almost impossible.

The office visit was very fast but informative though I had questions about a surgery I will have in the future, I felt they were moving to the door very quickly and did not have time. The surgeon said his scheduler was out, however another scheduler was filling in and would contact me in a 'couple days' to secure a date. No one has called. I've called twice thinking I may have missed the callstill, no call as of the 8th day and the receptionist confirmed that they had not tried to call. Just hope they call soon.
