I am a self-pay client which probably makes things a bit more bothersome, but Dr. Todd patiently listens to not only my medical issues, but also suggests how I might address them in an economical way. She is not pushy, bossy, or arrogant - Indeed, she has a friendly and kind manner that immediately puts me at ease, and carefully listens to my concerns. A truly wonderful person, and a wonderful doctor!
As with most people with expertise, they tend to use abbreviations and terms that are not immediately understandable to laypeople. A bit of "translation" in everyday English could be helpful at times. I am college educated, and still have to pay very close attention - and still miss things.

This was only my first appointment with this provider or even at this office so it's difficult to respond to questions regarding trust, etc. For a first appointment, things went very well.
This is a great office, and great staff. I wasn't sure about the change from the Ypsi area to Dexter, but the slightly longer drive is worth it. Only thing that could change is to be able to get flu / covid vaccines separately from the clinic, more easily.
Everything good. Including that the office is close to my home.
