This was only my first appointment with this provider or even at this office so it's difficult to respond to questions regarding trust, etc. For a first appointment, things went very well.
This is a great office, and great staff. I wasn't sure about the change from the Ypsi area to Dexter, but the slightly longer drive is worth it. Only thing that could change is to be able to get flu / covid vaccines separately from the clinic, more easily.
Everything good. Including that the office is close to my home.

I had two issues and needed a referral to a specialist. I wrote down the info and glad I did because none of it was documented in my after visit summary. She suggested 2 different dermatologists for me to see and if I hadn't written them down I would not have remembered the names.

I drive 40 minutes to see Dr. Todd (both for my mother and myself) and I'd drive hours, if needed because I have NEVER EVER experienced care, expertise, thoroughness, and compassion as I have with Dr. Todd. She is a star in your practice!

I have never been to a doctor's office that was this kind and nice. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to the doctor because of body shaming and overall rudeness. Past experiences have been awful, honestly, where I leave upset and not being helped. But, Dr. Todd and her team where absolutely wonderful. They were kind and listened[....] I felt listened to and I feel good going back to the doctor when necessary. I feel so relieved to have a primary care doctor now that is nice and will not exacerbate my anxiety.

The appointment started on time, I was not left waiting long in the exam room at all. The medical assistant was thorough in asking me about my concerns and any recent changes, mental health, etc. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and gave good care. The doctor took the time to look over my past medical history and ordered tests that were pertinent, and listened to my concerns.
Dr.Todd is well informed about my health and easy to talk with about health needs.

Experience was good, but this provider is now very far away from me (about 30 mins). Office staff called back 4 times the morning of my visit and did not give me enough travel time.

Dr. Todd has a professional compassionate skill that medical school cannot train. I called Doctor Todd at the end of the day Monday. I was experiencing severe back pain. Her staff called me the next morning, Tuesday, to say Dr Todd could see me yet that morning. She quickly understood my problem, ordered appropriate prescriptions, and wrote a PT order for me. I later that day received her notes of our discussion, assessment, and care plan. I picked up the prescriptions on the way home and felt noticeably better by day's end. I could not be more pleased.

I got an immediate appointment for a suspected UTI. I was very pleased, both with the doctor (who is not my usual provider), and the staff.
Dr Todd listens well and provides good and clear information. She is kind and spent a lot of time with us.

I have never had a provider or dealt with a provider that genuinely has been 100% invested in my health care matters.
