Love them
I hit the forward button too soon and wanted to say that Rebecca is a very sweet young lady. :)
After expressing my concerns with areas on my face & scalp, she made a referral to a dermatologist which result resulted in a call from their office the same day, offering me an appointment that someone else had cancelled. I will be seeing the dermatologist later this same week. I couldn't ask for more than that.
I give the provider an A+
I feel comfortable with her care and knowledge
Very kind, caring, and thorough.
Thorough
She was thorough with her examination and treatment plan.
She did not seem to be in a rush to get to the next person
very excellent & thorough
I just don’t like to wait for my meds because of a test result but I do understand why they do it other than that amazing
Very good service
Looking forward to my next visit
Everything great
This provider, once I could actually get in, was great but I can’t ever get into see my PCP except for my annual physicals and this year as well as last year they called to change that date out a ways after I scheduled it A YEAR IN ADVANCE.
Thanks, I'll be back.
Rebecca is always so kind and compassionate. I have only had excellent care provided by her. I have complete confidence in her
exam was a bit brief
I am so happy we ended up with Rebecca as our provider!
It was all excellent!
She didn't seem to listen to me. And she didn't want to do anything for me.
This was a first time meetings Rebecca and it was very comfortable first time appointment .
I was very pleased at the service I received
Very professional
Lacked empathy and feel like I was not fully listened too and received quick judgement.
Wonderful experience
Being filled in I'm sure by my Primary Care Physician, she spoke with him about an ultrasound the she thought was needed so I would agree to having it done, just in case I didn't take her word for it! Although I would have in this case....
Diagnosed with a splenic artery branch aneurysm and was told to act as if I had never found out about the diagnosis...despite ER telling me to follow up with PC relating to it and every website I came across said it should be monitored yearly. Any questions or concerns I had relating to test results, the way she answered me made me feel like she thought I was a hypochondriac. Asked if I could be referred to a specialist relating to aneurysm and was told they could refer me to one but that they wouldn't see me for the aneurysm anyways. Like what was the point of saying that you'll refer me then? I'd feel more comfortable hearing from a specialist that it doesn't need to be monitored than from her or PC. Last fall was misdiagnosed with an infection (they insisted I didn't have one because of my bloodwork) after it moved to my kidney(s) and then was in the beginning stages of Sepsis. So I have a hard time trusting her advice to act like I never found out about the splenic aneurysm.
