NP are not doctors and it's clear this particular NP does not have sufficient skills to effectively evaluate an established patient with a number of concerns that were not addressed.

I'm actually not sure whether she was a PA or an NP, but in any case I was very confident that I was dealing with a competent professional and it didn't matter that I wasn't seeing my usual cardiologist for this appointment. She was great.
