I am hopeful that the nurse practitioner I met with will stay for awhile at this location. I will definitely return to see her while she is there. It feels like the last few years when I call I鈥檓 told to go to urgent care or the doctor comes in and completes and check list and leaves. This visit was like it used to be. I can see building a relationship with her as a provider and feeling like she knows my history. She was wonderful!

I came in for an injection which dr Paulson or old np would give, but Nicole wasn't comfortable giving in the location so instead of doing it just because I asked she referred me to a pmr doc and I respect that and made me feel even more confident about her and her treating me in the future

NP Nicole was my initial contact w/IHA when she was in Stockbridge. I moved to the Howell office because that is where she was being transferred. She saved me from a very severe mental health crisis in Jan. 2019. Nicole is a very caring and special healthcare provider.

I was so appreciative of Nicole's expertise as well as her compassion. When seeking medical help, knowing that your concerns and questions were really heard means as much as the treatment. If you don't get that compassion from your provider, you can leave the appointment wondering if the course of treatment is correct.
